Our corporate attorneys had a COVID-19 addendum early last week in all of our hands.  I hear NVAR will have one soon that we will defer too.

Can you imagine being a FSBO and trying to navigate those questions in the midst of COVID-19?

Morning Margaret.

I'm licensed in three states, Missouri is the only one so far, that has an addendum covering the issue.  I'm sure Arkansas and Oklahoma will have on shortly

Good morning Margaret. Most real estate boards have a form or will have one shortly. Flexibility is key and critical. Enjoy your day!

Hello Margaret - what if there wasn't a form available, would people know how to proceed?   I know this is formed as a question, but it is also a pondering point.

Michael Jacobs I was reassuring one of my sellers who is closing in the next two weeks and got some of those "what ifs". It was nice to see the addenda already available, without having to start one.
