Making A List- Checking Twice

 

In a recent post, I talked about the perfect client.

Instead of describing the perfect buyer or the perfect seller, I made an exclusive list of favorite clients...many who are now friends. Too many to choose just one or two.

When you hear me describing properties and buyers, I'm talking about being my favorites.

  I’m going to be reaching out, calling them, and sharing how and why they are my favorites. For those reading my blog or listening to my radio show, don't be surprised if I call you.

This list is prominently displayed on my desk and I have already started the calls. What do you say to these important people?

Simple, just tell them why they are favorites and why they are important.

I like your phone call idea, Margaret.  I have mainly hand written notes in holiday cards, and given nice calendars at the end of each year.
