Instead of describing the perfect buyer or the perfect seller, I made an exclusive list of favorite clients...many who are now friends. Too many to choose just one or two.
When you hear me describing properties and buyers, I'm talking about being my favorites.
I’m going to be reaching out, calling them, and sharing how and why they are my favorites. For those reading my blog or listening to my radio show, don't be surprised if I call you.
This list is prominently displayed on my desk and I have already started the calls. What do you say to these important people?
Simple, just tell them why they are favorites and why they are important.
By continuing to make the calls and adding new people to the list, I should be busy for the rest of December and into the New Year.
