You Call This Feedback Or Negotiating??

 Would you consider this as feedback or the beginnings of a negotiation?

The same agent has shown the same property to the same buyer FIVE times! BTW this is a property being sold "AS IS!" 

Ya think the agent might be trying to set me up with an LBO?

Good morning, Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland at some point, the licensing boards across the country will make IQ tests a standard requirement with an acceptable range to qualify to receive that license!!!

Well to me it's appears this agent, 1) isn't a great agent 2) wasting everyones time 3) has a client who isn't moving off square one.  We had a listing last fall - higher end that the same agent showed the same clients 5 times. A multi-gen family so I figured they were trying to figure things out. Ha. He finally did send one of the stupidest contract (actually is was a non-contract) ever. Fell flat of course. The next day or so we got a fantastic CLEAN offer.  When buyers are ready they don't mess around.....just saying.

The best feedback is an offer. I hope one is coming your way, and even if it's a LBO, the seller can always counter.
