We Need Birds And Squirrels To Move

My friends live in a beautiful colonial home in a beautiful neighborhood, on a nice lot, and in a wonderful school system. It is in move in condition and it is a home that would sell right away.

But where do they go?

She wants/needs to 'right size' to an easier lifestyle. Smaller, and way less maintenance. They both love their home but it is time to move on. She’s 100 % sure and he’s not quite there. He loves the outside, his deck, especially feeding his birds and squirrels.

They both want to move, before they have to, while they are both in good health and can still make their own decisions.

My dilemma. Finding a condo large enough where he can still feed the birds and squirrels without leaving home.

Do you know of a 3 bedroom condo or even a 3 bedroom rental with easy access to a patio, balcony or nature?

If we could find this Baltimore County property, I will have a really beautiful home to sell!

I've seen some unusual things put on a "Wish List" for homebuyers (and sellers), but needing birds and squirrels is a first.  But, why not?

Hi Margaret-that really can be a dilemma. I left my peacocks and squirrels back in Florida. Thankfully, we are in a home and I do see squirrels around. Someday I may train them like I did my other ones.

This is a dilemna we're facing with one our sellers right now, they are so hesitate to list and be homeless. They are looking for that perfect one-level with an easy care yard, 3 bedrooms, an office and priced fairly. I'm sending out feelers. D
