414 Light Street Tallest Building in Baltimore

In our Baltimore area and maybe your area also, there is a shortage of larger condominiums. And there certainly is a shortage of new construction of 2 and 3 bedrooms. As a Realtor®, we are in the business of selling homes but that is not always the best for some buyers.

Each and every week, I receive calls with people who a need to move from a single family home to a condo, 55+ or adult living type situation. They are asking for my suggestions. Each week, I have to report that our area has slim pickings.

I can name all these places along with pet rules, condo restrictions, and amenities that buyers are requesting.  Two of my recent sellers went the way of renting...with my encouragement. Until now there are almost no luxury rentals available.

  Until now!

Take a look at this unique new building at 414 Light Street

Looks very tempting to me, Margaret! This will certainly change the skyline of Baltimore, just as similar luxury buildings are gradually changing our skyline here in Charlotte.

I followed the links and looked at the selection.  So much available.  I don't know of this level of luxury in Portland - there are some that come close.
