This condo is so spacious the rooms have rooms.

The space has been expanded with additions to the kitchen and the master bedroom.

The extra room, in the kitchen, could be a media room or breakfast room or cozy bright family room. There are more built-ins and granite counters..easy to make the entire space all kitchen. And this new gourmet space is 21' by 15'!

Notice in the photo the light granite kitchen counters along with the contrasting darker granite island. This space is perfect for the gourmet cook, a midnight snack or for enjoying informal meals with friends and family.

The sitting room area has a swivel TV to be enjoyed in either room. This space is also versatile...use it for more storage, a dressing room, or another private retreat.

There is still another bedroom being used as an office next to a 2nd full bath.

Bright separate den has a fireplace and sliding glass doors to the covered balcony.

The beauty of this home is the open floorplan...main living dining area with the high ceilings with lots of architectural details and an abundance of windows.

Each has a custom treatment along with adjustable shades when and if you desire privacy. Most of time you will be enjoying the beautiful views. And there is a gas fireplace perfect for ambiance and added warmth.

It's really lovely and I just love all the windows and natural light and open-ness.  It's not at all like an ordinary condo.  I know this one will be gone soon.

I just love all of that natural light and those windows.  Definitely does not look like your average condo for sure. I'm sure the buyers will be lining up for this new listing.
