Sitting at my desk thinking how thankful to have such a perfect view of the changing autumn leaves. Knowing they will be gone in a few days makes it even more special. Loving the change of seasons, this is a lovely time in Baltimore with the cooler temperatures and the beautiful array of colors.
When at home, most of my time is spent at my desk and these trees are the scenery making it even more enjoyable. It's perfect not having to leave home to see reds, oranges, and yellows... nature showing off with such magnitude.
And since I just put a relatively new listing under contract, I am enjoying all the tasks associated with getting to closing by the end of the month.
The home inspection completed today, the 'too late' tag is up, title company process started, buyer and seller filling out forms, ground rent explained and home warranty set up.
The buyers are feeling so lucky getting this special home and the sellers are so appreciative that we found people who love their home as much as they have.
This has been their residence since 1971.
Today is a good day and I am thankful.
