Always be closing (ABC).
Today we negotiated and signed an addenda removing the home inspection contingency.
Each time you get a signature in real estate you are moving forward.
Some examples of these signatures are... signing a new listing agreement, signing up a new buyer client, getting a price reduction, contract extensions, giving permission for a loan pay off, making a change to a contract, approving new addenda for lenders, getting a power of attorney, signing a home owner warranty, signing the myriad of forms at the settlement and finally signing the back of your commission check.
Realtors® also sign up for continuing education, license renewal, seminars, webinars, meet-ups and purchasing new technology.
Ongoing learning in real estate requires signatures to stay up with day-to-day activities.
