Nope I don't make formal New Year's resolutions and I don't do formal business plans but I do have a simple formula that seems to work just fine. My plan is to get a signature every day possible.
Each time you get a signature in real estate you are moving forward.
Some examples of these signatures are...
signing a listing agreement, signing up a new buyer client, getting a price reduction, home inspection negotiations, making a change to a contract, approving a new addenda, getting a power of attorney, signing a home owner warranty, signing the myriad of forms at the settlement and finally signing the back of your commission check.

signing up for continuing education, license renewal, seminars, webinars, meet-ups, E&O insurance, advertising contracts, radio contracts, letters to clients and purchasing new technology.
Learning in real estate requires signatures to stay up with day-to-day activities.
