I do love the excitement of the phone call when I hear..."my house is really different, it was custom made just for us, it is going to be a challenge'' or ''we knew, when we purchased, it was going to be a tough resell.''
One of my favorite all time challenges was a 2 bedroom, 5 bathroom contemporary with no basement, no garage, on the beltway with a swimming pool. When I first took that listing, I was the 5th agent...I loved the challenge. I wound up selling it a total of three times within 10 years.
The more challenging the better.
