How Late Is Too Late?

It has been another wonderfully busy week.

On Friday, I submitted an offer for special buyers. There has been some email and text exchanges.. even over this  holiday weekend.

This, however, did not stop me from spending quality time with good friends and family... or from doing the live radio show today.

Live Radio Margaret Rome

Just received a text from the listing agent with this message

"How late can I call you...?

My quick response

"With good news, there is no time limit!"

Now I ask you...

"Will I get a call tonight?"

It almost sounds as though you will be receiving a telephone call sooner, rather than later. Certainly cause for a celebration; don;t you agree?

Good news is all the sweeter this time of year.  Love closing deals during the holidays.

When I am in the middle of negotiations on an offer that is time sensitive, I leave my computer on until I get it. But I do turn off my cell. Agent can text or email. No need really to call. But then I'm not representing buyers. Only sellers. Makes the job a bit easier, I think.
