This past week I wrote worry when they don't answer.
Today there was a message that I had been reviewed online.
Checking it out...I found the the following:
Summary of their experience
''I wasn't looking for a property. I have a senior friend who lives in a property in Baltimore, MD and I hadn't heard from her in 3/4 weeks. I was desperate to find a way to contact her to see if she was alright. I couldn't remember the name of the building she lived in and all I had was an address. I googled the address and got the name of a real estate representative. The listed agent was Margaret Rome. When I called Margaret she said she didn't know this place but I explained what I was trying to do and Margaret dropped what she was doing and helped me find a phone number to the front desk. If Margaret hadn't taken the time to help me, like so many agents would have just hung up on me have done, I don't know if I'd have found out that my friend was Ok. It's agents like Margaret that you know you can depend on to go the extra mile and truly care about what a person needs. I can't speak for her experience on selling you a house, but I can speak on her experience on treating you like a decent human being. God Bless Her. Thank you Margaret for being a caring person.''
Sometimes the review is not about buying or selling a house.
