Owner Financing Needed In Baltimore

I am working with a special couple in Baltimore.

They married a few years ago after divorces and grown kids.

They are happy together, have been renting a house but want home ownership again. Due to circumstances they need owner financing.

They can easily afford a mortgage and are able to put up to 20% down for a 10 year note. They have excellent rental history.

We are looking for a house around $250,000 in the northwest area of Baltimore... zip codes 21209 and 21208.

These are special family friends and former clients.

If you have a home to sell and would consider owner financing

please give me a call.

That can be hard to find, it may take some other kind of private people to finance them

William Feela Challenging but not impossible. I thought it would be a good place to start.

Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland You have touched on perhaps an idea that might need to be expanded here in Activerain. A page dedicated solely to finding homes for our special needs buyers. Be it a home buyer who needs seller financing, or a home with special accommodations. What do you think, Bob Stewart ?

Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI NMLS#1483386 it takes some creativity to put seller financing in place. Over the years, I have used it only a handful of times. One was a non approved condo and the seller held paper. Another a young man with no credit history....we got his, well  to do, employer to hold the note. Both worked great.

I think this is going to be my topic for tomorrow's radio show.
