Very nice but this is not down sizing in my life.

Love how grand it is, but not really my style

William Feela Not everyone needs to down size. This is for someone who wants a one level, maintenance free, luxury living! Thanks for stopping by.

This looks like a nice property to have on the market now. Congratulations on your new listing!

While it is a clever solution, I'm pretty sure it would drive me crazy.  The ceiling is good and makes the columns a bit less obvious and out of place.

Good morning Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland ,

I'm sure the perfect buyer will fall in love with this single story, luxury living home you have listed on the market. I'm sure it won't last long!

Yes!  Sounds like a great listing and opportunity for any buyer.  Best wishes for a quick sale and smooth closing.

I love it, Margaret!  I have a huge island now but, one can never have enough countertop space when entertaining a large crowd!  I also love that it is one level and that huge, open living space with coffered ceilings - GORGEOUS!  One lucky buyer will be knocking on the door very soon!

Debe Maxwell You can never be too rich, too thin or have too much closet or countertop space.  Thanks for always being so positive.

Roy Kelley I bet Dolores could do a lot of flower arranging on those counters.

well yes, if it was located a bit closer to my office.  :)  I think it's a beautiful and very functional looking kitchen.  And big kitchen is on my "must have" list.

Tammy Lankford, A bit far to commute from Lake Sinclair. Hope you get that big kitchen!!

Have one now Margaret, but we're currently playing with plans for the next "last" house we build.  I currently don't have a basement and have decided that is also on my "must' have list.  But I will certainly want a kitchen that is roomy.  I love to cook and to have friends over to sit around and chat while I'm doing it.  Those double islands in this kitchen seem perfect for that.  So now I'll have to play with my house plans a little more and see if I can fit that in.  They also make for great storage space

Tammy Lankford, One of those islands acts as the buffet for the dining table. The other also houses an extra fridge, refrigerator and a warming drawer. Very good use of storage space. Look forward to seeing and hearing about your new house plans.

Margarget, it's a long term plan right now.  I'd say 5 to 10 years.  We're meshing things we like from this and that plan ourselves right now and then will get the draftslady to draw them up for me.  She did a great job with my office.  But I seriously only want to build ONE more time.  So I'm putting a lot of thoughtful time into each room and visiting open houses looking for clever ideas so I won't have to say "I wish I'd done that" and I've said it a lot in my current house.

Tammy Lankford, I love your long term plan and you are in the perfect business to plan your future home. All the best.
