A few weeks ago I went on a listing appointment, got a positive answer to my two questions.
1- Are you 100% sure you want to sell?
2- Are you 100% you want to use me?
The listing was signed to go active at the end of August. The plan was to move out and have a clean vacant house.
My seller called...there was a buyer!
Someone stopped by who saw the moving truck and wanted to live in this neighborhood.
Should things work out, this will settle even before the planned listing date.
Sometimes things sell before they even hit the market.
