Pick Your View

Touring my newest listing today, I took several photos.

One from the balcony and one from each bedroom.

Take your pick.

Which view do you prefer?

Looking forward to sharing this new condo which will be on the market in a week or two.

Margaret, Beautiful views from any room of the condo, and with views like this the condo will go quickly.

Picture on the Right; it shows more landscaping than the one on the left.

The balcony rails in the center photo overpower the view.

The view is gorgeous, and even the name is classy. Congratulations, and I look forward to seeing more.

Fred Griffin Here is a full slide show of the condo community. I was just quickly sharing a tease about the view from the MBR, 2nd BR and sitting on the balcony of this new listing.

I like the one on the far right.  The angle and color are the best.

Margaret, it's always so nice when listing agents take view photos from their actual listings and not from the roof deck!

I like the one on the right the best. It shows off the landscaping well and the pool. No doubt the rest to follow will be wonderful, too

I think you'll be back over there with one of those "too late" signs in no time flat.

Good morning Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland . I like the one on the right the best as well. It shows off more of the amenities. Hopefully, this one will sell quickly

Good morning Margaret. Where do you put the "too late' sign on a condo? Have one ready! Enjoy your day!

The one on the right - it shows the flowers as well as the beautiful lawn, pool, and woods.

I like the view from the first photograph best, the one that is on the left hand side as I am looking at all three.  I can tell that wherever you are at this property, the views are amazing though!
