A Reason To Use My New Oven

A Reason To Use My New Oven

Warning:

This has NOTHING to do with Real Estate!

If Barbara and  Roger D. Mucci can show theirs , I can show mine.

I am talking about fat free dough-less pizza.

Below is the recipe along with the before during and after photos.

8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese

8 oz. Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese

Two Eggs

Margaret Rome 410-530-2400

Mix together and spread on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.....remove from oven.

I topped mine with salsa and pineapple and ate a piece before I took the photo.

A Reason To Use My New Oven

I needed a reason to use my new oven and thought

If Barbara and Roger can show theirs so can I .

"Even I may try this one! I have everything in the house except for the fat free cream cheese, reduced fat parmesan cheese, the parchment paper and a cookie sheet. Guess I'm not making it tonight. When I do I will show you mine.

Endre Barath, Jr. It won't pass the Barbara Todaro low fat pizza test. But  taste wise..it is probably delish!

Margaret,
I knew I could count on you. Almost everything is better with pineapple on top. I hope it is out of this world good.

David Gibson The pineapple and salsa was a great combination. The crust is pretty amazing.

I made one back when Barbara first posted. Now I am looking for an "addiction center" that can treat it. LOL

I have tried that before, too, Margaret. It's delicious .. and so is a cauliflower base or cauliflower anything for that matter (it is a great mashed potato or Alfredo sauce substitute).

That looks a lot better than mine, haha.  I am not much of a cook, so it's easy for me to mess up even the simplest of recipes.

Sounds like you put your own spin on this low carb pizza.  Not usually pineapple that comes to mind for a pizza for me.  Bet it was yummy.

Chris Ann Cleland My plan was to put chicken and pineapple but I decided to eat it before I got to the chicken. It is really good. Nice talking with you today.

As my bride is under the weather I did grill myself a steak and salad for lunch as well as fixed her a bowl of soup.  Most of my cooking is done outside.  I can bake a pizza on my Treager Smoker

Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland I will have to give it a try.  I've tried Barbara Todaro 's cloud bread and it was great.
