Wallpaper Is Making A Come Back...Not Necesarily On Walls

Wallpaper is making a comeback...

Not Necessarily On Walls

Wallpaper is making a comeback.

But this time on our electronic devices.

A few weeks ago I attended the Annual GBBR Realtor® Fair and one of the booths had a dart contest. They summoned me over to try my hand and I said to myself: "no problem, I can do that."

I threw the dart one time and it landed BULLSEYE .

Here is the photo to prove it.

Bullseye Margaret Rome 410-530-2400

I now have this photo on my iPhone as a reminder.

I was asked to try something new... which I did with confidence and without  hesitation.

After all what did I have to lose?

The dart hit dead center.

Everyone around was amazed and there was applause.

Could I do it again?

 Does it really matter?

I am not afraid to take a chance with very unusual "impossible to sell" listings. I frequently hit a bullseye and get them sold when others say: " just reduce the price."

This was written for Dick Greenberg's contest and it got me thinking.

You have to at least throw the dart if you want to have a chance at the

bullseye !

That is great Margaret and a powerful reminder that you can do it when you focus on the bullseye.

Atta girl. And more important than hitting the bullseye is trying to.

One got to give a shot by offering it. Often realtors have a negative attitude. Too pricey, too dumpy.   Taking too long to much work...

How do you know the outcome if you give it your 100%?

Thanks for sharing.

I love how you connected focus, wallpaper and "impossible to sell" listings. I hope a lot of Sellers will see this post and will interview you to be their realtor.

Hi Margaret - That is a nice and inspirational choice for your wallpaper - thanks for your entry in the contest.

Taking a picture of a bullseye and using it as wallpaper would be very inspiring to see before heading into a listing or buyer appointment.  Get you pysched up for the next bullseye.

Good Wednesday morning Margaret. I do have to agree with a lot of what the others have said about having to be on target.
