It's A Grill!   It's A Fireplace!   It's A Heater!

It's all three! Take a look.

This is the grill in the stone wall of the kitchen.

Here is the same grill with the addition of a fireplace and heater. This photo below was sent to me by my wonderful sellers. I love the versatility.

Grill AfterGrill Fireplace Heater...all in one!

To change the fireplace back to a grill, you only need to unplug the fireplace, remove the metal support (fashioned by the seller) and reinstall the BBQ grate.

I have unique homes to sell and wonderful sellers!

The after work is impressive and the grilling can be done on the deck like so many others do

Ed Silva Love what these sellers did with their grill. So much more useful right now. And you are right...grilling can be done elsewhere.

What a totally cool looking home! My house here in Atlanta is the same style, but rest assured it looks nothing like this one...

Thom Abbott This is a favorite of mine. Would love to find that one right buyer. Do you have any photos of your cool house in Atlanta?

That's so interesting and neat. I guess I didn't ever really think about the need to grill indoors, but how clever.

Good morning Margaret,

Interesting and have never seen one like that here.

I like visiting the homes built in the early to mid 1800's with the wood burning ovens and steel pots for cooking.

Make yourself a great day.

Hi Margaret -- this is definitely a conversation starter.

That's rather unique.....not sure I'd want to fuss with it, but I'm weird.

Some people are very clever, Margaret. I think your seller is one of them. Is he/she an engineer?

Tammy Lankford This home was built 40 years ago...in 1976...inovative at the time. There is also a Jen Aire grill in the kitchen island.

Sally K. & David L. Hanson Bet we could come up with a group of multifunctional things. Care to share some of your favorites.

Raymond E. Camp I have several homes built in in the 1800s and two of them have kitchen fireplaces.

Roger D. Mucci This addition stops the "fuss" but.....

Should there be a loss of power for any length of time, there is a source for cooking. And that is quite clever!
