Not Too Soon For Thanksgiving

Not Too Soon For Thanksgiving

If you bought today it would not be to soon to  plan Thanksgiving dinner in your new home!

Think about writing a contract with a 45 day settlement.

Just in time for that big wonderful turkey and all the trimmings to share with friends and family in your new home.

You are way ahead of me Margaret, I still have two large cross country appraisals to finish before Thanksgiving and you will have new homeowners ready for dinner in one of these lovely homes by then.

I have had clients in the past that have purchased with the thought in mind of having Thanksgiving dinner in their new home!

Plus, it's never too late any way or at any time to give thanks for all that we have in this life and the things to come that may be pretty good!

That is a good christening for a new home, for lack of another term—a housewarming of sorts that the whole family can enjoy with a good meal!

We'll be saying Happy Thanksgiving before we know it anyway, so why not start getting things ready by giving thanks right now?

Good Saturday morning Margaret. One can have Thanksgiving every day of the year. It's all in the mindset.
