Is Blogging A Time Waster?

 Is Blogging A Time Waster?

Bob Swetz asked the question..Is blogging a waste of time ?

My friend,  Praful Thakkar,  reblogged  and got even more comments than the original.

This is how I answered that question.

If you perceive blogging as a waste of time...it will be.  I have been blogging since 2006 and it's part of my daily routine. Great for business, friendship and networking.

Blogging is a waste of time if you do it just to do it...This is not face book and there is a yo can learn and share with others.

It's not if you stick to it like yourself, the part most people never see is that a blog you write in 2008 can still get you a lead 7 years later in 2015. No other marketing can do that.

Have a great week!

I've been blogging for less than a year now.  As far as I can tell, I haven't gotten any business from it, but maybe I will in the future.

Margaret, blogging requires time and effort. It does not produce immediate returns but it does produce consistent returns if done consistently! Enjoy your day!

Jill Murty, Realtor - Serving Orange County, CA blogging, like your post card walking..is not NOW business. Consistency pays off.

As Stefan Winter states...no other marketing has this kind of shelf life.

William Feela Yes the leaning and sharing is the bonus of blogging.

Wayne Martin It is very much about consistency.

Good Wednesday morning Margaret. Although I do not generate any business from active rain, I do engage for the social interaction.
