Thank You Notes Are Still Appreciated

 

One of the callers from my radio show wanted to sell a property in Ocean City and he wanted me to be his agent.

Sorry but not possible since Ocean City is over 100 miles away. He was not pleased with any of his past agents and wanted me to come down to the ocean.

I did the next best thing by calling a special ActiveRain member, Kathy Opatka

 who was a delight and very helpful.  She referred me to another agent who was more familiar with this particular property.

Nothing in it for her but look what came in the mail today.

Lots are usually a hard sell, but it was very nice of Kathy to lend an assist to a fellow Rainer.

Margaret - Not only are thank you notes appreciated by the receiver of the note but they are good for business. In today's world the "Thank You" is almost a forgotten thing. And sending a note or card is even rarer. As you know I teach and practice Relationship Marketing. One part of that is sending cards. I've used SendOutCards for the past several years and there was a big improvement a few months ago when that Personal Branding option was added that allows you to own the back of the card.
