Can Using Color Help Sell Homes in Baltimore?

Can Using Color Help Sell Homes in Baltimore?

Many factors go into selling a home including things like pricing, photography, internet presence, presentation, marketing, condition and ease of making appointments. I have decided to experiment...Can using color help sell homes in Baltimore?

My favorite color is sort of a non color. I love the color brown.

But when it came to advertising my listings..I wanted the color to stand out against backgrounds of black and white.

My "For Sale" sign is red so I again chose RED for my real estate advertising. I have always used black and white and did not see the advantage of the additional cost. Recently, I made the change and it make my advertising pop off the page.

Hi Margaret, I have always used color when advertising.  It seems to show little differences that just look like shaddows when in black and white.  You will have much success with color!

Margaret, I'm not sure that there's a 100's right or wrong on this. You try different things and see what works!

Margaret, Color is important -- it draws attention when used correctly. I like your page and it does stand out.

Color is great. And by using red it gives your listings so much energy. Go bold and get it sold!

Margaret: Red happens to be my favorite color. I think it pops. It's no accident that I chose a company with red as one of the colors.

RED is a eye catcher...show stopper...home buyer ignitor...and as you have shown...it works !

IMHO anything that makes you stand out from the rest is a good thing..............red works.

Way to go. I think red is great. Have you tested other colors to see if you get different results?

I myself use the black with a blue instead of the red.  They both look great, catch your attention and are different.

Margaret... using your signature red on your advertising carries your color theme across multiple platforms and reinforces who you are... Congrats!!

Margaret - pop is what we need in our advertising be it print, or any other form ..... sometimes that pop is something other than colour but colour certainly defines and certainly makes things pop.

Kathy, Color is my latest pop for right now and it seems to be working.
