Can Using Color Help Sell Homes in Baltimore?
Many factors go into selling a home including things like pricing, photography, internet presence, presentation, marketing, condition and ease of making appointments. I have decided to experiment...Can using color help sell homes in Baltimore?
My favorite color is sort of a non color. I love the color brown.
But when it came to advertising my listings..I wanted the color to stand out against backgrounds of black and white.
My "For Sale" sign is red so I again chose RED for my real estate advertising. I have always used black and white and did not see the advantage of the additional cost. Recently, I made the change and it make my advertising pop off the page.
In the past week, I have been getting more calls.

I Am Using Color to Sell Homes in Baltimore

I fully support using color. Little things matter
g
I agree. Its the little things that matter and if that means color then... :0)
Hi Margaret, I have always used color when advertising. It seems to show little differences that just look like shaddows when in black and white. You will have much success with color!
Margaret, I'm not sure that there's a 100's right or wrong on this. You try different things and see what works!
Margaret, Color is important -- it draws attention when used correctly. I like your page and it does stand out.
Margaret: Red happens to be my favorite color. I think it pops. It's no accident that I chose a company with red as one of the colors.
RED is a eye catcher...show stopper...home buyer ignitor...and as you have shown...it works !
IMHO anything that makes you stand out from the rest is a good thing..............red works.
Laura, Being the Feng Shui expert, I knew you would like some color.
Martha, It was time for a change.
Evelyn, Have you shared some of your color ads? Would love to see what you are doing.
Connie, Everything works some of the time. Find what works and use it!
Gary, Thanks for stopping by. Glad you like the page.
Jimmy, Go bold and get it sold...I like that. Your house will have a "TOO LATE" on it this week!
Anne, It was also my mom's favorite color.
Sally, I thought you would love the color.
Roger, Just looking to give my properties a boost.
Way to go. I think red is great. Have you tested other colors to see if you get different results?
I myself use the black with a blue instead of the red. They both look great, catch your attention and are different.
Margaret... using your signature red on your advertising carries your color theme across multiple platforms and reinforces who you are... Congrats!!
Alan, The first week, it was more of a rusty red. It did not POP!
Justin, Would like to see your ad..have you posted it?
Peggy, Thanks for taking time to stop by.
Margaret - pop is what we need in our advertising be it print, or any other form ..... sometimes that pop is something other than colour but colour certainly defines and certainly makes things pop.
Kathy, Color is my latest pop for right now and it seems to be working.
