What did this property bring at auction?
Billy, This home was not sold The sellers decided to rent it for a year.
this looks like a lot of house for the price. You have done a great job displaying the features this property has to offer....nice listing
Debbie, I love this charming home. The sellers have decided to rent it for the year.
Beautiful home and I am sorry to hear the owners decided to rent rather than sell. I am always afraid of what will happen to a home like this when occupied by renters.
Yes its really too bad that the sellers chose not to deal with reality.
The price in a year should be about 30% less than what was delivered on auction day.
It happens time and time again.
Property values will have to increase by close to 40% to reach the bubble price the sellers wanted.
Such as shame when people simply refuse to deal with reality.
