The Risteau..Concierge Service..and Outside Beauty..Baltimore County Condo

When showing The Risteau located at  2331 Old Court Rd., I was impressed with all the quiet seclusion of the treed yard and brick terraced walks and patios.

Even in the  hot humid weather... we're having in Baltimore right now... you can still find beauty. At one of my favorite listings - The Risteau located 2331 Old Court Road 21208  - you can find the loveliest landscaping  .....colorful flowers and expansive lawns.

Do you see that fountain near the pool? Just the sight is refreshing and cooling. Of course I couldn't resist this brilliant hibiscus, making me feel happy just looking at it.  You could absolutely live here - no grass to mow, no snow to shovel and with underground and your favorite automobile are protected.    Staff for every need, gardens and trees - it's like living in a great hotel!

Margaret,  The Risteau looks like a fabulous place to live.  I love the landscaping and the gardens.  The Hibiscus is magnificent!

Margaret I agree that this landscaping is lovely, and is just nice to look at especially when so many lawns are dotted with brown spots.

Hi Margaret,  I would have to agree that the grounds at The Risteau are beautiful. What a beautiful place. The way common interest seems to work here is that that throw these multiplexes up with virtually no extra land for green space. Seems to be  a different culture out here. Though there are some exceptions, they would in the very high end properties outside the main part of the city. Density in the downtown supersedes having private green space. You take some beautifully composed photos. Very nice Margaret and thank you for commenting on my post today. I haven't gotten down through all the comments but I will.

Elyse, Jennifer, William and Jeff,

The entire grounds are breathtaking. Having about 57 acres, being next to a private school, and knowing how to use the green space makes this one of the very special places to live in Baltimore County. Minutes away from I-83 and 695, you are convenient to everything.

I had a couple of showings yesterday and really enjoyed "showing off" the beauty of this setting. Also love the interior with the views of the pond and lots of natural light.

I can imagine sitting there with my handy dandy Canon 550D taking pictures of the wild geese.

On my next showings (one tomorrow and one Tuesday) if the geese are posing, may try to get some shots.

Concierge Services have become ‘democratized’ as a range of services has emerged to support the needs of a wide variety of people at all income levels. While some businesses have carved out a niche working with high net worth individuals, an emerging group of concierge businesses is focusing on fulfilling everyday needs of people who do not have the time or inclination to complete certain tasks themselves.
