You can't buy a house with just one visit
or can you?
In a very hot market, with multiple offers, buyers may lose out on properties. If the buyer NEEDS to buy right away, they might not have the luxury of multiple visits.
A house is a huge purchase for most. There is so much to consider... finances, emotions, input from each occupant, location, commute time, proximity to work, schools, health facilities, shopping etc. Make sure you know what you are doing.
Don't rush it.
Now you can easily rule out a house in one visit...sometimes driving up to the house or opening the front door, seeing or smelling is enough to know it is not the right property.
Deciding on the right property, for some buyers, may take several visits,
may take a second opinion, may take thinking about the pros and cons and may take sleeping on it.
When not given enough time, you run the risk of buyer's remorse.
Go ahead and sell the hot properties quickly.
Remember there are buyers who need to see the house a few times.
Know your buyer's needs.
