Lively Radio Show On Sunday

With a live talk radio show, there are times that no one calls in and times when I cannot get to everyone by the end of the hour.

I find this interesting and it definitely keeps me on my toes...I never know what kind of program it will be.

This show keeps me humble. If there are no callers, I am prepared to carry the entire hour alone.

But not  was one of those liquid sunshine Sundays and I started talking about my various activities during the previous week.

Before I finished my first topic, we had a caller and it began with sharing her displeasure of a recent real estate transaction. She was so upset that she even commented that it was making her sick and how angry she was with the agent.

The best thing I can do is listen and see if I can find either how I can help this buyer, how things could have been done differently or how to avoid the situation.  I also have to realize that I am only listening to one side of the story.

The next caller was about dual agency and the next call was about a Real Estate complaint from forty years ago. There were other callers on the line but we ran out of time.

What to know more?  You will have to wait a few days until the podcast is available.

My goal is to get correct information to the public, get my properties sold and keep the show interesting.
