Tuesday Evening Open House The Rome Way

This is a special stone rancher that has been lived in and loved for the past sixty years by the original owner.

A beautiful home that I am proud to represent.

A neighbor expressed interest in seeing it today  so I made arrangements to show at 5:30 this evening.

Ah ha...perfect time for an impromptu one hour open house.

It was a success with quite a few groups coming through!

I confess, I had a little help. The one neighbor sent out an email blast inviting the neighbors.

They are not planning on moving but...they know people who might be. This way they can have a say  in choosing their future neighbors.

I was pleased to see  so much unity and friendship. This was a first neighborhood impromptu open for me.

It won't be the last.
