This Is What Happiness Looks Like

 

 This beautiful family allowed me to take them to my favorite restaurant, also their favorite restaurant, to celebrate the sale of their home and the purchase of the new home.

We met, this past February, at one of my impromptu open houses. Out of the 13 groups that came through, this was the couple that loved the house and everything about this property.

We stayed in touch even though I knew they had a home to sell.

 

When I find someone, serious. who wants to purchase one of my homes...I will figure out a way to make it work.

 

And that is what I did. 

They sold 718 Pacific Street in Stone Hill

and they bought

37 Sherwood Rd. in Cockeysville

 and... 

This is what happiness looks like.
