All In One Little Device

Yesterday I talked about the team it took to get a broken phone up and running.

It made me realize the dependency of a device that wasn’t even around when I started in real estate.

Here are just a few phone tasks that I’ve become used to.

Others might say we are ' truly dumbed down' when we need the phone to get the time, temperature or the direction we are going.

Just a few things that ask of my iPhone

What time is it?

What’s the weather?

What's the temperature?

Then there are:

My various alarm reminders

My phone numbers

My calculator

My camera

My photos

My notes

The news

The good news

My flashlight

My radio show

My emails

My Showing time

My calendar

 My flashlight

My lockbox

My camera

My contacts

My passwords

All my client's Phone numbers

and

Who can live without Google?

And then there’s Seri my assistant. He can answer all my questions, send texts, make appointments, retrieve messages, read my email, knows everything and takes commands especially while driving.

And more emailing, texting, maps, direction, all the listings, and this device allows me to stay up with Active Rain.

And once in a while, I use it to make and receive a phone call.

 All in just

One little device.

How did I become so dependent??

Make sure the seller can afford to sell.

Who's To Blame?

Who’s to blame? There was a recent discussion about a negligent agent, who used the lockbox on a property, showed it to a buyer and then left the home unlocked. Of course, that was careless, stupid and negligent. Please feel free to add more… more
