Baltimore's Gem - 414 Light Street

This past September, I had the privilege of attending the opening of 414 Light Street in Baltimore. Looking forward to the success of this steel and glass building that is 44 stories above Light Street at Baltimore's harbor.

414 Light Street

 Grand opening

It introduces resort-inspired amenities and hospitality-influenced service at the water's edge. The building and the views are spectacular.

Please make time to visit 414!

With our shortage of condos in the Baltimore area, this just might be an alternate solution for those looking for over the top luxury. Interested in living in this exciting new building...please give me a call to take a tour.

414 Pool Table

I cannot begin to tell you all the exciting things about living in this brand new building. From the pet park with washing and grooming stations for your furry family to community and resident gardens to the pool with dual sided theatre to the boardroom and business lounge to the private fitness club and exercise plus yoga and movement studios to the

business lounge to the fireside retreat room, 414 has an abundance of personalized services.

There are luxury apartments including one bedroom, one bedroom and den, two bedroom, two bedroom and den and 11 penthouse apartments. Available for immediate occupancy

Take a look at the video and let me know when you would like to tour this stunning architectural achievement of shimmering glass and steel.
